Delivery Costs
For the majority of products (excluding sheds / wooden garden buildings and furniture) we offer both an Standard 3-5 Working Day and Express 1-2 Working Day delivery service. The costs of these are based on the total weight of the order (some bulky items may be counted as a heavy item)
For most deliveries to Mainland UK (excludes Highlands, Islands, & Northern Island) deliveries under 25kg cost:
Standard 3-5 Working Days = £5.99
Express 1-2 Working Days = £6.99

Carrier Services & Order Tracking
FedEx / DX / DPD / DHL - For the majority of orders under 100kg
We use FedEx, DX, DHL, & DPD as our main couriers and our parcels are sent out on a tracked service. This is a Signature Mandatory service. If you are happy for the items to be left safe without a signature, please leave instructions in the comments box when placing your order. Other couriers may on occasion be used if circumstances require it.
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email from us containing details of your order and tracking number. Your parcel can then be tracked on the courier's website.
PLEASE NOTE DPD NOW OPERATE A POLICY IN WHERE THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO DELIVER ONCE, THEN TRY TO LEAVE WITH A NEIGHBOUR. IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE IT WILL BE TAKEN TO YOUR LOCAL PICK UP PARCEL SHOP FOR COLLECTION THE NEXT DAY.
Royal Mail - For all Gloves & Jardinopia Garden Wear
The gloves are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post and have no tracking.
For all orders OVER 100kg
We use Pallet line to deliver our heavier orders via pallet (excluding garden buidlings). Any orders between 100kg and 150kg may fall into this category however anything over 150kg definitely will. It is important that there is someone available to accept the delivery as these must be signed for. A failed or refused delivery (once it is at the property) will incur an additional charge of the same value as the original delivery cost in order for a redelivery to happen. This is simply because we get charged this too. If the customer does not wish for the pallet to be redelivered and it is therefore returned to us, the initial delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please ensure a phone number is provided that the driver can use to get hold of you and ensure the delivery address has some one present during the delivery time period.
Pallet Orders do not get a tracking number, once your order has been despatched you will receive an email from us containing details of your order and order number. If you would like an up to date ETA for the pallet delivery please reply to this e-mail requesting it.
Sheds & Wooden Garden Buildings
These are all despatched directly by the manufacturer. It is important to note that the lead times noted on each product's details page are approximate only and may vary depending on pressures and demands placed upon the manufacturer. The manufacturer will be in touch directly to arrange an exact delivery date for them to deliver your order on their own fleet of delivery vehicles. This means there will not be any tracking numbers or information, but if there are any problems or questions we can contact the manufacturer to confirm exactly what is happening with the delivery. Delivery Times
Most products are available from stock** and are despatched direct to your door (unless stated otherwise).
Provided we receive your order before 11am, we will despatch it the same day
Please note this delivery service does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Any orders placed on an ‘Express’ service over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be despatched the following working day e.g. If you order on a Saturday it will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday/ Wednesday.
**Some uncommon special order items can take 5-10 working days (sheds can take even longer as noted in each products details and above). This should be noted on the item description page
How long does delivery take?
If your order is placed before 11am then we will despatch it the same day. The delivery will then be either 1-2 or 3-5 working days after that day (depending on which service you select). No orders are despatched over the weekend.
Examples
Order placed at any point over the weekend (From Friday 11:01am, Saturday any time, or Sunday any time)
- Order despatched on Monday
- 1-2 working days after that is Tuesday or Wednesday
- 3-5 working days after that is Thursday, Friday, or the following Monday.
Order placed Monday 10am.
- Order despatched that same day.
- 1-2 working days after that is Tuesday or Wednesday
- 3-5 working days after that is Thursday, Friday, or the following Monday.
Order Placed Monday 1pm
- Order despatched next day (Tuesday).
- 1-2 working days after that is Wednesday or Thursday
- 3-5 working days after that is Friday, or the following Monday & Tuesday
Bank Holidays would be treated as a Sunday, with no despatches until the next working day
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order, you will be asked for a billing address and a delivery address. The billing address must be the address where your payment card is registered, the delivery address can be anywhere you wish within the UK.
Delivery Outside the UK
Unfortunately we are not yet able to offer this service as standard. However if this is something that interests you please do get in touch to request a personalised quote.
I’ve missed my delivery – what happens now?
Courier
If this was the first delivery attempt then the courier will automatically attempt delivery the following working day. You should receive a "We Missed You" card with details of when the next attempt will take place and how to re-arrange. The couriers will attempt to deliver your order three times before returning it to us so please ensure somebody is available to sign for your parcel at the specified delivery address.
If a parcel is returned to us due to nobody being at the delivery address to sign for the parcel and we haven’t been able to get in touch with you then we will assume you no longer require the item(s) and will issue a refund LESS your delivery charge. If the item(s) are returned and you still require them, this will incur an additional delivery charge – we will contact you to take this payment before re-sending any goods.
Pallet (over 150kg)
If a pallet delivery fails then in order to get the delivery re-attempted a further delivery charge will need to be paid. This is because we incur the same additional delivery charge. If, at this point, you want to cancel the order it will be returned back to us and refund issued, minus the original delivery charge and a £30 re-stocking charge.
