The Farming Year - February

Possibly the slam before the storm.  February is quieter than most months, but it does mark the start of the annual livestock cycle as calving begins around the end of the month.

Whilst still not as busy as some months. the beginning of February continues to see farm maintenance being carried out and the majority of livestock being fed rations rather than put out to graze

The spreading of slurry continues and increases as the weather starts to improve.
