The English Longhorn is typically a breed of beef cattle. They originate from Craven in northern England and a male can weight up to 1000kgs
They are of course most recognised by their big long horns, but they also sport a fantastic brown and white coat and are typically large in size.
It is a hardy breed and thought of as good calver with high milk yield. The cow produces high butter fat content in its milk making it a fantastic base for butter and cheese products.
